First of all it 45 days of free trial using of Traffic Bug software. After registration you'll see some fucntions of the Traffic Bug.
One of the several goals of the Traffic Bug is to promote your website into the major SE, social directories, RSS feeds directoris. Actually not only URLs from your website, but another URLs of your promotion, like an Article Directories (EzineArticles, GoArticles) WEB 2.0 sites and so on.
I'll recommend you watch all videos from the training section of the Traffic Bug and play around it.
